Award or PO sent
An auction closes and a winner is selected, or a buyer sends a purchase order from a catalogue — both generate a tracked record under PO's & Invoices.
Winner acknowledgement & terms
For auctions, the winner confirms delivery percentage, payment preference, and INCOTERM before the order is finalized.
Fulfillment
The supplier ships per the agreed Incoterm and port. BeautyPortal does not operate logistics directly but can refer members to customs-brokerage and freight partners familiar with fragrance and packaging shipments.
Invoice & payment
An invoice is issued against the purchase order, tracked through Sent → Approved → Paid, per the payment instrument agreed in Financing.
Transaction Services
Beauty Navigator facilitates the transaction record between buyer and supplier; it is not a party to the sale
contract itself. Disputes are handled directly between the two member companies. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
