Fees apply to positive gains or savings when the award is confirmed and are billed separately by BeautyNavigator.
Example: a reverse auction starting at $1 per unit and awarded at $0.40 saves $0.60 per unit. For 1,000 units, the savings are $600 and the BeautyNavigator fee is $180.
Members arrange payment and delivery directly with each other. POs & Invoices provides transaction documents and seller-recorded payment status.
