Memberships and AI credits are billed by BeautyNavigator. Catalog orders carry no commission; auction fees are billed separately to the company that posted the auction. See the Fees & Commissions page for the current calculation.

A buyer posts a sourcing request and qualified suppliers compete by bidding the price down — ideal for competitive procurement of components, ingredients or finished goods.

The contact who administers your company account: adding colleagues, granting permissions (such as sending purchase orders or approving invoices) and setting per-user spend caps.

Each contact is granted rights appropriate to your company's role. Buyers, suppliers and service providers see different applicable rights, and a purchase-order spending cap can be set per user.

Member-only pricing, private auctions and invitations are treated as confidential, and access is controlled by role-based permissions.
